By accessing or using Seo To Social ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seo To Social is a service that connects to your Google Search Console account, analyzes your website's search performance data, and uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate social media content (tweets) based on the search queries driving traffic to your website.

3. Account and Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid Google account with access to Google Search Console
• Authorize Seo To Social to access your Search Console data
• Be the owner or authorized administrator of the websites you connect

4. Free Trial and Subscription

• Free Trial: New users receive 3 free tweet generations upon signing up.
• Paid Subscription: After the free trial is exhausted, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Google API Usage

Our use of Google APIs is subject limited to:

• Google Search Console API: We access your Search Console data (search queries, impressions, clicks, CTR, and position) only for websites you have explicitly authorized.
• Google Sign-In: Used solely for authentication purposes.

We do not use your Google data for any purpose other than providing the Service. We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Connect websites you do not own or have explicit authorization to manage

7. Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the tweets generated by the Service. However, you are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and editing generated content before publishing
• Ensuring the content complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines
• Any consequences of publishing the generated content

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The tweets generated by Seo To Social are created using artificial intelligence (OpenAI's GPT models). While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, inappropriate language, or content that does not align with your brand voice. We strongly recommend reviewing all generated content before publishing it on any social media platform.

9. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the Service is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account data.

11. Limitation of Liability

Seo To Social is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the application or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
