1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SeoTo.social web application or the SeoTo.social – PublisherChrome extension (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

SeoTo.social provides a platform that connects to your Google Search Console account, analyzes your website's search performance data, and uses artificial intelligence to generate social media content — including posts for X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn — based on the search queries driving traffic to your website.

The Service consists of two components:

• Web Application (seoto.social): A dashboard where you connect your websites, review Search Console data, generate posts, and manage your subscription.
• Chrome Extension (SeoTo.social – Publisher): A browser extension that lets you publish AI-generated posts to X/Twitter and LinkedIn directly from your browser sidebar, authenticated via your SeoTo.social account. The extension uses the storage permission to save your session token locally and the tabs permission to identify which of your connected websites you are currently browsing.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Sign in with a valid Google account.
• Authorize SeoTo.social to access your Google Search Console data.
• Be the owner or authorized administrator of the websites you connect.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@seoto.social if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Free Trial and Paid Subscription

• Free Trial: New users receive a limited number of free content generations upon signing up. The exact number is shown in the application and may change at our discretion.
• Paid Subscription: After the free trial is exhausted, a paid subscription is required to continue generating content. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis (as chosen at checkout) through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize LemonSqueezy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Your access will continue until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew.
• Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@seoto.social within 14 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.
• Price Changes:We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase, and changes will apply at the next renewal date.

6. Google API Usage and Compliance

Our use of Google APIs is subject to and limited by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Google Search Console API: We access search performance data (queries, impressions, clicks, CTR, position) only for websites you explicitly authorize. This data is used solely to generate social media content for you.
• Google Sign-In: Used solely for authentication.
• We do not use your Google data for any purpose other than providing the Service, and we do not share, sell, or transfer your Google data to third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, distribute, or publish spam, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Violate the Terms of Service of X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or any other platform on which you publish content.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service beyond normal use.
• Connect websites you do not own or have explicit authorization to manage.
• Circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.

8. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of the AI-generated posts produced through the Service. However, you are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing it.
• Ensuring published content complies with applicable laws, platform guidelines, and your own brand standards.
• Any legal or reputational consequences arising from publishing generated content.

By submitting your Google Search Console data to the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of generating content for you.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by SeoTo.social is created using artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT models). While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or language that does not reflect your brand voice. We strongly recommend reviewing all generated content before publishing. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property comprising the Service (excluding content you generate) are owned by SeoTo.social or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our express written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you other than the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

11. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from planned or unplanned Service downtime.

12. Termination

By you: You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@seoto.social.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEOTO.SOCIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SeoTo.social and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SeoTo.social operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the application at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
